Pitching is doing its thang, 3rd in RA, 1st in ERA, Bullpen 4th. Max is having a particularly good year, in terms of ERA and WHIP, but whining about his run support.
Hitters–well, looks like about normal for here in deadball city.
Nothing particularly unusual or eventful to report, my little waterfowl are just enjoying the surfing thus far. Our first inter-league shark attack doesn’t happen until July. There’s another in Aug, but they’re both brief attacks.
Schedule looks fairly friendly in June. then roughly average for the rest of the season. Difficult to judge for certain, this league features a lot of teams at or near the .500 mark.
Let’s hope the little chillybirds don’t suffer in the summer heat, as they often do.
